Anne is a dedicated and passionate real estate broker who thrives on helping clients achieve their homeownership dreams. A lifelong resident of Chesterfield County, Anne knows the local market, neighborhoods and community offerings in depth. Growing up in the area and later serving as an Exceptional Education teacher in Chesterfield County Schools, she built strong connections and a deep appreciation for the place she calls home. Her background in education shapes her approach: she takes the time to educate clients on market trends, pricing strategies and the details of every transaction.
With a keen eye for detail, she helps sellers prepare their homes to achieve the highest possible price, with strategic advice on staging, marketing and negotiations. For buyers, she works tirelessly to match them with the home that fits their needs, lifestyle and future goals. Communication is at the heart of her success: honest, transparent conversations, so clients are never left in the dark.
Beyond her career, Anne enjoys spending time with her three grown children and embracing new adventures, especially cruising to new destinations.
Jennifer Bebbs
Jennifer has a true passion for the work that she does. She is 100% client focused and is considered not just a consultant but a trusted advisor and advocate for her clients. She holds a business degree with a concentration in hospitality, the industry where she refined her professional skills, and earned her way to sales executive at a Fortune 100 company before transitioning into her dream career of real estate.
She is an expert in negotiations, problem solving and customer service, making it her number one goal to exceed expectations with every interaction. One of her main priorities is building meaningful relationships that let her truly understand and meet the needs of her clients.
Jennifer loves to be active in her community and volunteers frequently with organizations that build homes locally. When she is not hard at work she is a local foodie determined to try every restaurant in Richmond, and a huge fan of the outdoors with a long resume of hiking trips and road trips across the country.
Tiffany Grow
Tiffany's journey in real estate began as a transaction coordinator, where she honed her meticulous attention to detail and learned how to keep transactions smooth and stress free. With Tiffany, your best interests are always the top priority.
She understands that buying or selling a home can be one of life's most significant decisions, and she is there to guide you every step of the way. Tiffany believes in a no-pressure approach, letting her clients make informed choices at their own pace.
Outside of real estate, Tiffany enjoys reading and spending time with her family and her beloved Yorkie, Easton.
Jamie Collie
RVA is Jamie's home and she loves it. Growing up, her family moved a lot, which she credits as the reason she is drawn to helping other families find their perfect home. Born and raised in Central Virginia, Jamie has lived all around Richmond and many surrounding counties, including Essex, King and Queen, Caroline, Hanover, Henrico and Chesterfield.
Jamie started her real estate career in 2017 and has loved every minute of it. She also brings a decade of experience managing an office of 30+ people, where she learned to think outside the box to solve problems and resolve conflicts.
Never content to settle, Jamie loves staying on top of real estate laws and trends, so she can be the best agent she can be for her friends, her family and her community.
Jacqi Cheney
Jacqi spent most of her life in Baltimore but has been in Chesterfield for over 10 years and loves it here. She brings over 20 years of experience in client relations and management, with a background in veterinary medicine and social media and marketing management.
Throughout two decades of professional experience, Jacqi honed her ability to connect with people and anticipate their needs. Community outreach is a passion she has been building on over the past five years, and she loves the opportunity to connect with clients.
Outside of work, Jacqi is a proud mother to a teenage son. Together they enjoy traveling, exploring new foods, hiking and staying active. She also loves drawing and relaxing with a good movie.
